Bristow's salute to tabouleh as well as the community's rich Lebanese heritage. For a taste of tabouleh, visitors can visit the Tabouleh Bar. There will also be prepared tabouleh and packages of dry tabouleh for visitors to take home. Activities include a block long area of rides and games for children, entertainment, stage performances, food, arts and crafts booths, and much more! The Karaoke stage will include a Bristow Idol Contest, while the entertainment stage will feature live music and dancing throughout the day. Belly dancers in full costume will roam main street entertaining crowds. Freddie's Lebanese Cafe under a tent on the street will offer a complete Lebanese meal. A joint effort of local churches will offer their "Taste of Heaven" luncheon. Friday and Saturday night the Bristow Round up club will be hosting their annual rodeo. The Tabouleh Fest celebration begins at on Main Street as soon as runners have cleared the street following the starting gun for the running of the Bristow Wildflower Run. Tabouleh Fest is a FREE family friendly event held the 2nd Saturday in May each year in conjunction with the Bristow Wildflower Run.
