Since 1978, curing country ham is celebrated with a parade, contests, games and rides, arts and crafts booths and exhibits, food booths, ham give-away, ham judging, horse and mule pull, kiss the pig contest, musical entertainment, petting zoo, livestock exhibits and much more.
