Since 1986, stretching for 22 blocks and including the Civic Center parking lot, Downstate Illinois largest street fair takes place. Family festival featuring live big name entertainment on several stages, arts and crafts booths, flavorful food, strolling entertainers, activities for children, giant carnival, parade and more.
