Description:
Landis Arboretum’s old growth forest is a great place for a walk back in time to enjoy the start of leaf color change and learn about the “what’s and why’s” of tree growth. This program will be an extended hike to the newest areas of the Arboretum, so pack a lunch, bring extra water and dress in layers for the weather. Instructor: Science Educator George Steele Location: The Landis Arboretum, 174 Lape Road, Esperance, NY. Meet at the Meeting House, with free parking in the adjoining field.
