Ferndale Street Festival

Since 2004. Shutting down the streets and opening up the town! Main Stage will have live music from Friday night to Saturday night. Friday night enjoy the tunes by Monkey Wrench until 11:30 pm from the Beer and Wine Tent. Battle on the Street Battle of the Bands runs 10am Saturday to 5 pm for cash and prizes. Applications for bands are on the website. 6 pm will be a 2010 Battle band winner and then we dance the rest of the night away to your favorite rock tunes by Red Rocket! Be prepared to want to dance! Saturday only you will find over 120 art, craft and food vendors lining the Main Street of Ferndale. Kids Street is going to be the best yet! With live entertainment from Reptile Isle to Matt Baker Comedy Show, straight out of Seattle. Matt has entertained the likes of Google, Boeing and Microsoft. Be prepared to have way to much fun. All shows are free! You will also find train rides, climbing wall, Money Hunt in the hay for the kids, free festival photos, free bouncy houses, petting zoo, and booths from the WCFD #7 where kids can get in the trucks and try on the outfits. FPD will have their communication vehicle on display and there will be free Child ID kits from CHIPS. From sidewalk chalk, bubbles and painting, there is something for all ages and is almost all free!
