Description:
Pre race expo, this multi - sport event has something for everyone. A sprint distance triathlon consisting of a 500 meter swim, 20 - K bike and a 5 - K run. An olympic distance triathlon of 1.5 - K swim, 40 - K bike and 10 - K run and a sprint distance duathlon of a 5 - K run, 20 - K bike and 5 - K run. The swim takes place in Lake Michigan along the clean sandy beach by Grand Haven State Park. The transition area is set up at Mulligan's Hollow Park, adjacent to the Tri - Cities Family YMCA.
