Three days of traditional Native American events including a princess contest will be the venue for this years event. The Turtle Island Native American Association of Arkansas will celebrate in fine Native American tradition on the banks of the clear waters of the Srping River in Loberg Park. The Loberg Park area was the traditional camping grounds for the Native American summer soltice. The public is welcome and encouraged to come and learn the ways of the forefathers. All dancers and drummers welcome. There will be a trading area where beautiful arts and crafts will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy as we dance with our drums beat to the songs of our ancestors. We will have different styles of dance, some you will be able to participate . . . There will be special dances for the children. Native American Arts and Crafts will be available for purchase.
