Description:

In conjunction with the 20th annual Hermitage Holiday Light Up Parade, the City of Hermitage will be holding a Holiday Light Festival! The festival will begin Friday night (November 17th) with a "Eat, Drink and Be Merry" bar crawl featuring local Hermitage dining and drinking establishments. "Passport" books highlighting the businesses involved can be found at any of the participating establishments or picked up at the City's Municipal offices prior to the crawl. Make a trip to each place featured in the travel book and receive a stamp. Those who complete their book can turn in their stamped pages for a prize. The festival begins again Saturday morning at the local Shenango Valley Mall. Inside the mall will feature a kid zone with various activities. Outside the mall, tents will be set up in the parking lot featuring ice sculpting and more. Festivities will continue until 5:50 pm when the HIckory Cross Country Team will host the Merry Xmas Mile.

This is the best and longest parade ever. Just bring your coats, hats, gloves, and a nice warm blanket. There is plenty of hot chocolate and coffee available. If you haven't been there, you should try it. You'll make it a Christmas family tradition. We did.
