Downtown Lancaster for the Holidays

Experience the holiday season in the City with a variety of special events, activities and shopping. The holiday season kicks off with the Mayor’s Tree Lighting and Tuba Christmas. The evening includes the official arrival of Santa Claus, lighting of the City’s Christmas tree, Tuba Christmas and evening hours for Central Market.

During the month of December come downtown for over 30 holiday events and activities including visits with Santa in Binns Park, horse drawn carriage rides, model train display, and of course holiday shopping.

The start of the celebration will be held on November 23, 2012 with Mayor's Tree Lighting and Tuba Christmas. This event will run from 6:30-8:30pm. Please contact the Mayor's Office of Special Events with any questions.
