Description:

Since 1980, Today, the festival is a three day event that occurs each year the last full weekend in September in Elmer Thomas Park. It is a family friendly event with no admission or parking fees. Please no pets, service animals only. Festival highlights and amenities include: Parade of Nations and Opening Ceremony Friday Evening 2 Stages of nonstop performers Interactive Area Headline concerts Friday and Saturday Nights Children’s Area Sidewalks throughout the site Free parking adjacent to festival site International Food, Sales, and Display Booths International Festival Beer Booth Friends of the Library Drink Booth ATM Information Booths First Aid Diaper Den Portable toilets with hand washing stations Tour bus parking (call ahead)

Location is now in Elmer Thomas Park located at 3rd & NW Ferris Avenue.
