Description:
Black Cat Station houses an HO scale railroad layout built and operated by members of the Yadkin Valley Chapter of the National Railway Historical Association. The layout contains approximately 600 feet of track and is capable of operating 10 to 15 trains at a time. It has a replica of the North Wilkesboro Depot and surrounding area as it appeared in the 1950's. Many of the buildings and structures are hand crafted by the members.Takes place the SECOND Saturday of the month.
