Description:
Since 1973, features 6 different stages set up throughout the district. Entertainment is continuous and includes everything from country music to rock, from a comedy stage to a children's stage. Plus arts and crafts, children's activities, ethnic displays, a variety of food vendors, exhibits and a parade. The festival takes place from Congress Street to Commercial Street. Parade takes place on Exchange Street at 11am.
