Description:
Ice carving competition including chefs who have placed in the top 10 nationally and the top 20 internationally, hot beverages and music. Watch professional ice carvers bring the art to life in a competition using chain saws, power grinders, sanders, cold chisels, hand saws, and irons. This competition is judged and juried by the crowd. Team Competition 9am-Noon (Two-person team compete using five blocks of ice) / Individual 1-3:30pm (single block of ice). Coffee and hot chocolate will be available and nearby fire pits to warm up.
