Stony Creek Metropark

With 4,461 acres of prime recreational lands, this top-rated park's scenic, hilly terrain surrounds beautiful 500-acre Stony Creek Lake. Park features include a nature center, a hike-bike trail, beaches, boat launch facilities, a disc golf course and an 18-hole regulation golf course. Bicycle or inline skate around Stony Creek Lake on the paved 6.2 mile (10K) hike/bike trail. Single speed bicycles are available at Eastwood Beach daily and Baypoint Beach weekends only Memorial Day through Labor Day. A six-ramp boat launch gives access to Stony Creek Lake. A 10 m.p.h. speed limit is enforced. A separate sailboard area is located near Eastwood Beach.
