Description:
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places the prison was built c1867 by inmate labor and was home to at least one member of the Butch Cassidy "wild bunch". Visitors can tour the facility and view contraband exhibits and photographs and other historical memorabilia of the prison years from 1871-1979.
