Description:

Since 1972. AFTER THE GOLD RUSH will again be sponsoring the Annual Labor Day Weekend Crafts Festival in Arnold, CA After 43 years, we made a huge ‘executive decision’ to move the site of the ‘Cedar Center A and C Festival) to the site of the other 2 shows that we organize in Arnold – around the grounds Bristol’s Café. This came about from vendors’ requests as well as some change-in management last-minute ‘surprises’ that impacted last years’ Festival negatively. We did not make this decision lightly, and the live entertainers, Fire Dptm. (beer booth), and vendors were all on board with it. The public is wellacquainted with the location of our other festivals, and in-fact we have more visibility on Hwy 4, and the Lion’s Club daily pancake breakfast is now directly across the street from the Festival. This mountain resort town enjoys one of its busiest weekends over this holiday, and this is the end-of- summer celebration. The Festival will features continuous live music, jugglers, or other entertainment. Publicity is extensive in the three surrounding counties, as well as a banner hung across Highway 4 in town. The Lion’s Club holds a pancake breakfast, and the Ebbetts’s Pass Fire Dptm. serves local beers.
