Join us for an exhibition of paintings by local artists Mimi Nieman and Barbara Heimann. Known for her delightful impressionistic plein-air landscapes, lake scenes, and paintings of children, Nieman has often been inspired by her travels through the U.S. and Europe. She received a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and a B.S. in Art Education from Miami University. A modern impressionist, Heimann is known for her colorful landscape and floral paintings. She imbues her brightly lit works with lavish layers of paint and texture. She studied at Central Art Academy, Art Academy of Cincinnati, and University of Cincinnati.
