Description:

Tao House, near Danville, California was built for Eugene O'Neill who lived here from 1937 to 1944. Several of his best known plays including "The Iceman Cometh" and Long Day's Journey Into Night" were written here. The site is preserved as a memorial to the playwright. Open house on Saturday's at 10am, 12pm and 2pm.
