Since 1845. One of the oldest open-air markets in the state and features over 100 vendors selling a wide variety of foods and merchandise including farm fresh fruits and vegetables, breads and baked goods, flowers and plants, dried flowers, wreaths, crafts and jewelry and more. The market is held around City Hall. Many vendors certified to accept WIC and Seniors Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program payments, as well as EBT/SNAP and credit cards. The Dubuque Farmers’ Market is located on Iowa Street, from 10th Street to just past 13th Street; between Central Avenue and Main Street; and includes the parking lot with electrical capacity, south of City Hall on Central Avenue.
