Description:

Since 2011. The Dew Downtown Flagstaff Winter Festival is a family-friendly, free event and spectators are welcome. This year the event will take on a new look with two different venues. On Saturday we will take over the streets of downtown Flagstaff with fun for all ages from 10:00am to - 6:00pm Saturday. Attractions will include an ice skating rink in Heritage Square, ski and snowboard lessons in the street, a life-size Snowglobe photo booth, a kids snow play area and sledding hill, live music, New Belguim beer garden, food court, and vendor village! On Sunday the former urban ski and snowboard festivities will move up the hill to the Southwest's Premier Ski and Snowboard destination. Arizona Snowbowl where the USASA competition will take place from 8:00am - 4:00pm. The change in venue will dramatically decrease the amount of potable water used to put on the event from over 500,000 gallons used in previous years to under 200,000 gallons. The competition course will also take a big step up this year with USASA and Arizona Snowbowl assisting in the construction of the course promising to make it bigger and better than ever this year.
