Welcome to the Yosemite Chamber of Commerce's 49er Festival, Chili and Salsa Cookoff. We hope you enjoy the festival each year and invite your family and friends to join us as we celebrate in Downtown Groveland. We start the day with a hearty pancake breakfast, followed by an antique airplane flyover at 8:45am and then the parade at 9am down Main Street. From there we move to Mary Laveroni Community park with music all day, vendor booths, kids activities, beer, wine and our nearly world famous Chili- Cookoff. Parade at 9am. Festivities start at 10am including arts and crafts, food and beverage booths, kids games and activities, entertainment all day and a live and silent auction. Take a step back in time and ride the Tuolumne County “Historic Trolley Bus” Hassle free parking for the day of the Festival September 16th. The Trolley will be shuttling festival goers from the Tenaya Elementary School, Yosemite Bank and Mountain Leisure Center parking lots to the Mary Laveroni Park. Starting at 7 AM until 5 PM. AND IT’S FREE.
