Global Bioethics Initiative (GBI), in collaboration with Hunter College Pre-Health Professions, invites students and professionals worldwide to attend the international Bioethics Summer School hosted by Hunter College at695 Park Ave NY, NY 10065 Join us for this one-of-a-kind educational opportunity! Are you interested in a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about bioethics from a global perspective, network with exceptional faculty and participants in the cosmopolitan environment of Manhattan, NYC? If you are passionate about such pressing problems as human organ trafficking; reproductive rights & the impact of assisted reproductive technologies; medical research ethics & the use of human subjects; genetic engineering and genetically modified organisms (GMOs); aging & life extension; gene-therapy; drug development and regenerative medicine, health disparities & area-wide infectious diseases, End of Life & palliative care, then the International Summer School program is a perfect fit for you. Partial Scholarships & Graduation Certificates GBI is offering partial scholarships to participants from low-income countries. The deadline to apply for partial scholarship consideration is June 1, 2019. Partial scholarship applications received after this deadline will be reviewed if additional funds are available. At the end of the program, participants receive graduation certificates.
