Smoke on the Water Ribba-Ramma

Since 2002. We're looking for the Best Rack in Arkansas! Are you the master of your grilling domain? Now's your chance to see who's Arkansas' Grilling Guru when it comes to great barbecue ribs. The Smoke on the Water Ribba-Ramma presented by Miller Lite, is an amateur competition created especially for the weekend warrior and backyard griller. With $5,000 in prize money, professional judging and scoring, this is serious business! There's also a people's choice award with a $500 winner take all prize. Each team will be required to prepare four racks of pork ribs. Six bones will be turned in for judging and the rest will be sold to the public from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. A portion of the net proceeds will benefit the Area IX Special Olympics.
