HGTV has built its third annual “green” home in The Pinehills, an innovative master-planned community located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. It is a custom-built, shingle-style cottage with approximately 2,100 square feet of living space. It features construction and design elements that are known to contribute to an energy efficient, cleaner and healthier living environment. Scheduled 60 minute tours are available. All proceeds benefit The Pinehills Affordable Housing Charitable Trust, a 501C3, established to assist the affordable housing efforts in the town of Plymouth.
