Since 1979. Annually, Sharlot Hall Museum hosts its Folk Music Festival to the delight of fans from throughout Arizona and the neighboring states for two days of music and merriment. More than 200 musicians... 90 performances... four different venues... all on the four- acre campus in downtown Prescott, Arizona, as we celebrate 39 years of folk music at this recognized and heralded festival. Throughout the two-day event, workshops on a wide range of musical subjects will be conducted by the performers and group members. Bring your "strings" and musical instruments to "jam" on the grounds, under the trees, at the Gazebo, on the porch of the Governor's Mansion, or wherever YOU want to enjoy good 'ole, down-home folk music. Food and refreshments will be available.
