Since 1991. All field trip participants must check in at the registration desk (located in the Cochise College Library) to receive their ID badges and information/registration packet. The registration desk will be open 5:30 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Pre - Event Registration and Check In will be available Tuesday afternoon from 1 pm to 4 pm. All Field Trips begin and end at the Cochise College Library. Registration only takes a few minutes and is necessary. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your trip to register. You only have to register once when you first arrive. ? Participants in Field Trips will receive a free reusable water bottle. Water for the trips will be available from large jugs, just refill your Southwest Wings bottle with fresh water over and over again – it’s the responsible and healthy way to support our environment. If you are going onto Fort Huachuca you will need an access badge in person from the Fort Security prior to getting on your van for your field trip. The Visitor Control Center is open 24/7. It is on Hatfield Street at the North Gate. Park in the parking lot on the right and walk into the security building. You will need to bring a government issued photo ID, a drivers licence will do.
