Since 1966. The Annual Leesburg Art Festival, presented by the Leesburg Center for the Arts, will be held in Historic Downtown Leesburg from 10am to 4pm each day. There will be over 100 fine artists and fine craftsmen on Main Street, live performances by musicians, actors and dancers on the Town Square Stage, festive food, Kids Art Zone, Classic Car Show, a Student Art Exhibit at the Leesburg Center for the Arts and more. All registered participants will receive a T-shirt, a “bottle opener” medal, one ticket to the North Texas Irish Festival, and two beers after the run if you are of legal drinking age. This non-timed 5K fun run will benefit Friends of Fair Park and the Southwest Celtic Music Association.

Since the mid-1950’s the St. Patrick’s Day Parade of Greater New Haven has become one of New England’s premier Irish events. It is the largest, single- day spectator event in the State of Connecticut. As the 6th oldest parade in the nation, its fame was recognized by the Library of Congress in 1999. This keepsake of New Haven’s Irish community became a national keepsake when the Library of Congress selected the Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade as an outstanding example of American folk life.

Since 1956, features marching units, color guards, several floats and more than 20 bands. Baltimore's St. Patrick Parade is truly the jewel in Maryland's emerald crown. Thousands of spectators from the region have crowded the streets and sidewalks of downtown Baltimore and the famous Inner Harbor to watch thousands more march and celebrate Irish culture, music, song, and dance. The Parade steps off at 2:00 p.m. at the Washington Monument, proceeds down Charles Street and continues to Pratt Street and Market Place. Please be aware that the Shamrock 5K takes place at 1:15pm immediately before the parade. We recommend getting downtown before the start of the race to get the best parking and viewing spot.
