Since 1957. One of the largest outdoor art shows of its kind in the nation. The St. James Court Art Show® is a juried fine arts and fine crafts show that hosts an impressive 700 artists from North America. Held in the heart of historic Old Louisville among the country’s largest collection of Victorian homes, the St. James Court Art Show® has for over five decades provided our neighborhood, city and state with a rich cultural and artistic legacy. The St. James Court Art Show ® was originally established to provide necessary funding to maintain the St. James Court grounds and fountain. Proceeds from the show continue to allow St. James Court Association and Belgravia Court Association to fund ongoing grounds upkeep and neighborhood beautification efforts. Additionally, Fourth Street Association has utilized Art Show proceeds to fund the installation of new benches, urns and trash bins along Fourth Street. Art show proceeds also funded the Linear Park at 3rd and Hill and installation of period street lights.

Since 1979. It’s that time again!! Time to prepare for the Annual Destin Seafood Festival! Each year that the festival continues the layout along the beautiful Destin Harbor Boardwalk we continue to grow. We see an increase in sponsors, vendors, and guests each year. The Destin Seafood Festival is hosted along the Destin Harbor and is free to the public! Without the gracious property hosts allowing us the use of their properties it would not be possible. Allowing a festival that hosts almost 70,000 guests in three days, use of beautiful water front land and asking their full time tenants to accommodate the festival, is nothing short of amazing. In addition to the Destin Charter Boat Association that has kept this tradition alive, I would like to thank and acknowledge your true "hosts" of the festival, the property owners.
