Since 1988, Ranked as one of the top 100 art festivals in the nation by a leading art publication, Las Olas continues to be one of the most anticipated art events in the area. People come out yearly to see over 150 artists display their work in what looks like a mini art gallery lined along the street. Las Olas Boulevard, a popular tourist and resident attraction, boasts fine boutiques, great restaurants and a great city atmosphere. Las Olas Boulevard is the spot where art enthusiasts and collectors meet local and national artists from 30 different states during this traditional fall festival. Artists showcase their works including glass, mixed media, paintings, jewelry, and pottery. A unique blend of contemporary, original works at affordable prices. The Beverly Hills artSHOW will hold its free bi- annual event with over 240 artists in Beverly Gardens Park on Santa Monica Boulevard, from Rodeo Drive to Rexford Drive.Our event is a juried show, featuring 240 artists representing over a dozen mediums that is free to the public in the heart of Beverly Hills. We pride ourselves on supporting up and coming artists and giving them a wonderful event to connect with new collectors and art lovers. Gold Rush Days are always held the third full weekend in October. It is a time for thousands to come and see fall colors peaking and celebrate Dahlonega’s 1828 discovery of gold. It is estimated that a crowd of over 200,000 visits over the weekend to join in the fun and excitement!

One of the largest annual celebration's in southeastern Kansas has come a long way since its beginning in 1919 as a way to keep playful pranksters out of mischief on Halloween night. For one full week, Neewollah entertains people from all walks of life. Neewollah offers musical stage shows, queen competition and coronation, carnival, concessions, street acts, artists alley, and top performers in the entertainment world. Past performers include Blood, Sweat, and Tears; Patty Loveless; and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. The festival, is topped off by one of the biggest and grandest parades ever, a two hour kaleidoscope of music, color, pageantry and just good old fun! Have you figured out what Neewollah stands for? It’s Halloween spelled backwards!

The 4 day outdoor festival features continuous musical entertainment, competitive challenges, an art and craft show, and more local seafood vendors than ever before. The first grouper sandwiches (and over 100 other seafood options) will be served, beginning at 12:00pm Thursday this year, with classic rock on the main stage and Local Chef Competitions for the best seafood dishes in Pinellas County. Friday evening, things heat up with Tampa Bay’s largest Halloween block party and costume contest (for those over 21), from 7:00pm until 11:00pm, with over $1000 in cash and prizes. Saturday offers country music artists, the Battle in the Gulf Fishing Tournament, and a kid’s costume contest. Sunday opens with the World's Largest Bloody Mary Toast and beach party music on tap all day long. Ongoing family fun throughout the weekend will include fiddler crab races, trick or treating, an art and craft show, a beach kid’s zone and more seafood cuisine than ever before. Healthy menu options will consist of steamed, grilled, smoked, and sautéed dishes, as well as traditional fried foods and non-seafood items for the landlubbers.
