The collector car swap meet and car corral fill the entire 82 acres with more than 3,000 automotive vendors and more than 1,800 cars for sale. This is a wonderful show for cars, parts and accessories and other collectible items.

Since 1939. Manatee County’s premier celebration – the De Soto Heritage Festival by the Hernando de Soto Historical Society – kicks of the last weekend of March with the Children's Parade. The events take place over the next 4 weeks. Check the website for dates and locations of the individual events. Palmetto at the Children’s Parade and Party in the Park. Watch as children from all over Manatee County show off the floats they have made, their cheerleading skills, and school spirit voices as they march in the parade and then have fun at the Party in the Park. Saturday the Crewe of De Soto will help with one of the largest Easter Egg Hunt events at G.T Bray Park in Bradenton. Easter Sunday join the conquistadors for an Easter Sunrise Service at the Mosaic Ampitheater on the River Walk. The excitement continues with the ever popular and entertaining Bottle Boat Regatta at the Palma Sola Causeway. Ride the waves of excitement, grab your sunscreen, beach blanket and join the fun in the Sun. Guests from our sister city Barcarrota, Spain and throughout the United States join us at this premier social event of the year! To conclude our Festival the De Soto 5K Run precedes the illuminated Grand Parade. This Grand Finale to our Heritage Festival month is a must attend event for the entire family. The De Soto Grand parade is one of the largest and certainly one of the most spectacular illuminated parades in the State of Florida. We are looking forward to the community joining the Hernando de Soto Historical Society and the Conquistador Historical Foundation.

Every spring, thousands of people visit Summerville to see nature’s bounty awash in color, from the hot pink azaleas, to the purple wisteria, to the delicate white dogwood. On this three-day weekend, festival-goers transcend this gracious Southern town to take in the flowers and hospitality and attend one of the largest arts and crafts festivals in the Southeast: The Summerville Family YMCA Flowertown Festival. Over 200 jury-selected artists from throughout the country who display their work for sale. Delicious foods from restaurants at The Taste. Fun activities and rides for children at the Children’s Jubilee/Kids Fest. Farmer’s Market (Saturday and Sunday ONLY).

Since 1939, The Table Mountain Casino BIG Hat Days, a Clovis Chamber Event, is the largest two day festival in Central California. Over 140,000 visitors fill the streets of Old Town to enjoy hundreds of craft and food booths. Stroll along 11 blocks and shop at vendors with high quality merchandise from top of the line photography and art to home goods and even children's toys and clothing. Visit local commercial business booths or contribute to a non-profit organization. After all that walking, you're bound to be hungry so let the BIG Hat Days food vendors take care of that appetite. If you're looking for some delicious snack type food, stop at the kettle corn, shaved ice or chocolate covered fruit or hot pretzel trailers along Pollasky Ave. If barbeque, Mexican food, corn dogs or shrimp filled artichokes are your forte, go to the Bullard Food Court. Wash it all down with a Pepsi product sold by a local non- profit group. If a cold beer sounds good, come to the Michelob Ultra Beer Garden, kick back and enjoy the sounds of local bands. Entertain your little ones at the full carnival on Fourth Street and the Happy Day Pony Rides and Great American Petting Zoo on Seventh Street.

To some, it’s the official kick-off to the Kentucky Derby Festival. To others, it’s the unofficial beginning of spring.
