Terms of Use & Notices Agreement Between User
& EventCrazy.com/Events Media Network

Please read the following policy. This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

Subscriber Conduct:

  1. Subscriber shall use EventCrazy.com for lawful purposes only. Subscriber shall not post or transmit through EventCrazy.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense.

  2. EventCrazy.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of EventCrazy.com are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. Subscriber may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Subscriber may download copyrighted material for personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication, or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of EventCrazy.com and the copyright owner. Subscriber acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

Monitoring:

EventCrazy.com has no obligation to monitor the incoming event data. However, EventCrazy.com reserves the right to review materials posted for the event database, and to edit or remove any materials at its sole discretion. EventCrazy.com reserves the right to terminate your access to any and all of the web site functions at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

Data Submission:

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your event submission, you are granting EventCrazy.com, its affiliate companies, co-branded site, approved third party users, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your event submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses, including without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your event submission; to publish your name in connection with your event submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of Events Media Network.

Compliance With Legal Process:

We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of EventCrazy.com; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability:

  1. Subscriber expressly agrees that use of EventCrazy.com is at the subscribers sole risk. Neither EventCrazy.com, its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers, or licensors warrant that EventCrazy.com will be uninterrupted or error free; Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of EventCrazy.com, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through EventCrazy.com. The subscriber agrees that EventCrazy.com shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received, or not sent or received.

  2. EventCrazy.com is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of title.

  3. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation, or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Subscriber specifically acknowledges that EventCrazy.com is not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other subscribers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the subscriber.

  4. In addition to the terms set forth above, neither Events Media Network, nor its affiliates, information providers, or content partners, shall be liable, regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness, or unauthenticity of, the information contained within EventCrazy.com, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses, arising therefrom, or occasioned thereby. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.
